Last Tuesday, we had the opportunity to assist to Dr. Ernesto Sirrolli’s conference in Poznan community cafe, as part of the program of the event: Startup Poznan 2015.
Who are you and what is your passion? It’s what he wanted to hear from every one of the participants … Like in this video, he told us about the paternalistic system, passion, developement of competencies… Especially, the purpose was to explain what Enterprise Facilitation consist in, as well as the steps and training that they carry out to capture the passion energy and imagination of its own citizens, employers…
Dr. Ernesto Sirolli demonstrates once more that the provision of caring, emotional intelligence, competent, dedicated advice and support to entrepreneurs is as important to the development of a stable and prosperous economy as the development of physical infrastructure.
